        When a farmer gets new land they have to ebb to check up on their products.

regress- returning to a former or less developed state
         I have never regressed to a new place because I've been living in California my whole life.

tendency- an inclination toward a particular characteristic or type of behavior
          Teachers always have the tendency for the students that distracts the class a lot.

antiseptic- of, relating to, or denoting substances that prevent the growth of disease-causing microorganism
           The doctors in the hospital always try to antiseptic the patients with a strong disease.
